Enjoy the view of the harbor and the fresh trade winds from the private deck of this three bedroom and two bath home that is nestled into the hillside at the end of a dead-end street at the top of Barriada Clark.

  

 
 

Mango trees, lime trees and other tropical fruit trees screen the house from the street.

The house is handily located between the town and the airport, within walking distance of both.  Public transportation to Flamenco Beach is only a few blocks away.

  

 

 
 

There is a full size kitchen and adjacent dining area.

Wireless internet service, VCR, DVD player and MP3 player are provided.  The house has ceramic tile floors and fresh, brightly colored interior walls.

 

 

  
There are three bedrooms and two baths that feature one queen size bed and two full size beds.  One bedroom is air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. All linens are provided.

     

The weekly rate at Fruit Trees is $1,000 for up to six persons.  A monthly rate is available.  There is a minimum seven nights stay.
