La Serenissima is located in a community of private single-family homes near the eastern end of Culebra where each home is located on a lot of five acres or more.  This spacious, breezy freshly refurnished home features two bedrooms and a den (that may be used as a third bedroom) and two bathrooms.  The house very successfully integrates indoor and outdoor living in this perfect climate. The two bathrooms feature especially appealing and unique indoor/outdoor showers.

Overlooking the Caribbean Sea from about 160 feet above sea level, La Serenissima enjoys spectacular views of the lighthouse at Culebrita and the British and U.S. Virgin Islands beyond. 

The wide covered terrace is made for relaxing while taking in the ever-changing panorama painted by Mother Nature.

 La Serenissima is about three and one half miles from the airport and about four miles from the town.  Zoni Beach is only about 1½ miles away, all accessible by paved roads.

There is wireless internet access, VCR, DVD, CD player, stereo and satellite TV. 

Clean fresh colors and thoughtfully chosen comfortable modern furnishings create the relaxing backdrop for a refreshing getaway.

The sparkling kitchen features all new appliances and a full range of utensils.

With its eastern exposure, the house is freshened by the trade winds that cool the house and bring in the smell and sounds of the ocean.  Ceiling fans provide assistance.  The air conditioners in the guest bedroom and den are rarely needed.  All linens are provided.

  

 

 

The weekly rate at La Serenissima is $2,200 for three or four persons.  The special weekly rate for two persons is $2,000.  A monthly rate is available.  There is a minimum seven nights stay.
