This is a truly breathtaking site which will inspire the design of a fabulous Caribbean dream house or a collection of such homes.  The spectacular, gently sloping land is located near Culebra’s desirable southern tip.

This pristine land stretches in a narrow band like a necklace for about one half mile just above the strikingly harmonious and attractive existing homes that line the waterfront of Ensenada Honda at Punta Aloe. The land is surrounded by residential areas and this particular parcel is zoned R-01 which provides for one-cuerda (.971 acre) home sites.

This is a sloping, irregularly shaped vacant parcel of land with its highest elevation about 50 meters above sea level. The topography and vegetation of the land are in their natural states.

This site’s intrinsic value is defined by a combination of its views and fresh air flow and easy access to Town. Unobstructed views include Ensenada Honda, the entrance to the bay, the mooring area at Dakity and the Caribbean Sea beyond. The primarily eastern exposure ensures year-around trade winds.
